Tire Recycling Plant
Among the tires collected at ELV dismantling plant, recycle tires which can not be sold are crashed into chips and used as boiler fuel.
1.Pre-crashing operations
Before shredding and making chips, wires are taken out of tires and than loaded to crashing machine.
2.Crashing
Tires which went through pre-crashing operations are put on to input conveyor, then they go through heavy rasper/constant input, fine granulator, magnet separator and becoming a final product.
1stCrashing
Tires, brought by input conveyor, are crashed to pieces of extant size.
2ndCrashing
Here tires are shredded to under 50mm size chips.
3.Magnet separation
Steel wires are taken out by magnet separator.
4.Tire chips
Final product is tire chips which are used as a boiler fuel.
