ELV crashing and separation process
ELVs are crashed and metal is separated at shredder plant, steel row material (ferrous), non-ferrous metals (cupper, aluminum, stainless steel), wire harness are collected.
After ELVs are shredded left ASR is taken to ASR plant where it is shredded further and separated.
ASR separation process
ASR which emerged after shredding is farther separated into ferrous non-ferrous metals, usable as fuel plastic etc at ASR wet density separation plant.
Our company ASR plant is authorized facilities by automobile makers within recycling legislation.
